We have exciting new opportunities to join our team as a Contract Coordinator! In this role you\’ll manage and schedule neurodiversity and mental health assessments for service users, collaborating with a range of internal and external stakeholders across the service.
This is a dynamic and fast-paced position, where your focus will be on meeting targets in line with our service agreements. Your ability to stay organised, communicate effectively, and manage multiple priorities will be essential to delivering high-quality support and ensuring a seamless experience for those we serve!
Part of Acacium Group, Xyla\’s mental health support team provides a wide range of mental health services to support the NHS and local authorities across the UK. Our goal is to make sure everyone gets the help they need quickly and easily. We provide people with adult digital mental health support, children and young people digital mental health support, group mental health support and mental health assessments.
Every day you will…
- Coordinate reviews, assessments, and multi-disciplinary team meetings to set KPIs and ensure efficient and effective project delivery
- Act as a central point of contact for the department, liaising with our clinical teams, ICBs, educational settings, as well as service users and their families
- Meet and work with service users and their families in a sensitive and empathetic way, often at a great time of stress and uncertainty
- Have a desire to learn neurodiversity assessment processes and be driven to identify ways to improve processes and service delivery
