Are you an organised and proactive individual who thrives in a fast paced environment? We\’re looking for a Contract Coordinator to join our team and manage bookings for our care assessments service.
Acacium Group are a leading global healthcare delivery partner and we are hiring a Contract Coordinator . Part of Acacium Group, Xyla\’s care assessments team deliver high quality Continuing Healthcare services to our Health Partners nationwide. We support numerous ICBs, NHS Trusts and Health Boards with high quality administrative and clinical support in the completion of the assessment processes within agreed timeframes.
About the Role
In this role, you will:

Coordinate reviews, assessments or appeal meetings to set targets.

Document appeal proceedings by accurately taking minutes during meetings and preparing documentation for representatives, clinicians or social workers.

Obtain required documentation from stakeholders, including care home and GP records within agreed timeframes.

Act as a central point of contact for the department, liaising with our clinical teams, integrated care boards, educational settings, as well as service users and their families.
This is a role where your organisation skills and attention to detail will make a real difference.
