We’re hiring a Health and Wellbeing Coach to join our team! In this role, you’ll empower people to take control of their health through sustainable behaviour change. We transform lives by supporting weight management, smoking cessation, diabetes care, cardiovascular disease prevention, health coaching, and social prescribing. You’ll work closely with service users to help them make changes that last. Our team will support you every step of the way, turning science into practical, healthy habits that lead to long-term health improvements.

About the Role

  • Conduct the initial assessment with the service user, take measurements including validated questionnaires, height, and weight.
  • Deliver group sessions covering nutrition, physical activity, and behaviour change.
  • Work with service users to help them achieve their goals.
  • Maintain data monitoring records for all service users within your caseload in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist the service user engagement strategy to ensure adherence to the programme and minimise dropouts.
  • Where required, conduct risk assessments on potential delivery venues.

Experience We’re Looking For

  • A BSc in Sports & Exercise Science OR a REPS level 3 in Personal Training.
  • A full driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
