We’re seeking a talented Head of Finance to take ownership of financial performance across our Healthcare Services division. In this pivotal role, you will lead on financial planning, reporting, governance, and growth, ensuring the organisation is equipped with robust financial insight and resilient operational processes. You will oversee day‑to‑day financial operations while contributing to strategic decision‑making at senior level, developing forward‑thinking financial strategies that support sustainable growth.

About the Role
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders, providing clear financial insight to both finance and non ‑ finance audiences.
- Represent finance credibly at senior management level, delivering timely, accurate, and robust analysis to support strategic decision ‑ making.
- Develop a deep understanding of operational performance to provide commercial context behind financial results.
- Lead the Healthcare Services management information strategy, creating clear reporting metrics and supporting accurate forecasting.
- Support corporate finance with audit requirements, acquisitions, refinancing activity, and other ad ‑ hoc data needs.
What You’ll Bring

Experience We’re Looking For
- A recognised UK accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA, or ACCA).
- Extensive experience in commercial finance, ideally within complex organisational structures.
- Proven line management experience, including managing remote-based employees.
