We are looking for a proactive and compassionate person to join our team and provide an excellent care experience by helping to ensure the quality and timely coordination of ongoing complex care packages.

About the Role

  • Act as the initial point of contact for clients, candidates and service users by fulfilling routine and complex care requests.
  • Arrange the very best healthcare professionals to deliver quality care as per our client's health and social care needs.
  • Take ownership of rotas and accountability of filling available shifts.
  • Ensure CQC compliance and administration for care packages is relevant and up to date.
  • Ongoing attendance at weekly assessment meetings to ensure effective management and execution of quality care.
  • Be responsible for ongoing planning, monitoring and reporting on packages of care.
