Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Maternity cover

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Financial Audit Coordinator ! In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the operational delivery of the Financial Assurance Team within Xyla Healthcare Services . Your work will help maintain high-quality service standards for our customers by providing essential administrative and audit support across the department.

About the Role
In this role, you will:
· Support Senior Financial Assurance Coordinators and Finance Audit Managers in delivering compliance and service excellence.
· Complete general administrative tasks, including responding to telephone and email enquiries.
· Process invoices and domiciliary updates accurately and in a timely manner.
· Maintain and update data within internal systems to ensure accuracy and integrity.
· Conduct monthly telephone audits with care providers and families to monitor care quality and escalate any concerns.

Experience We’re Looking For
