The Associate Recruitment Consultant opportunity
- Building relationships by engaging with healthcare professionals and clients, ensuring candidates are matched to the relevant job vacancies
- Sourcing new candidates to grow your database through a variety of sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Job Boards and Social Media
- Business development, continually growing your client database through regular contact and research of new clients in your area, introducing our services
- Working towards agreed sales targets and KPI’s
