We are looking for an experienced Beauty Therapy Tutor Coach to support our learners with Nail Technology and Beauty Therapy Level 3 at our beauty academy in Trentham, Staffordshire.

Key Accountabilities

  • Responsible for the planning and delivery of teaching, learning and assessment that engages and challenges learners to develop new skills and knowledge in your specialised area.
  • Act as subject matter expert, advising and guiding learners through their qualification and beyond through the application and sharing of knowledge, understanding and experience.
  • Accountable for the learner achievement, continuously reviewing and tracking learner progress and developing action plans to ensure consistent and positive success rates and timely completion across your caseload.
  • Build trusted relationships with learners from the initial point of contact and maintain this relationship and contact throughout learning. Acting with the learner at the heart of decision making, support learners with CIAG, welfare and pastoral care.
