About the Role: We’re on the lookout for an experienced Beauty Therapy Tutor Coach to deliver engaging, empowering and high-quality training in Nail Technology and Level 3 Beauty Therapy. This is more than just a teaching job – it’s a chance to mentor, guide, and transform the futures of aspiring beauty therapists.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Planning and delivering creative, learner-focused lessons in your specialist areas
- Supporting learners through every step of their journey – from day one to certification
- Monitoring progress, developing action plans, and ensuring timely achievement
- Providing expert advice and personal mentorship with passion and professionalism
- Being a trusted, go-to support for career guidance, wellbeing and development
What You’ll Need:
- Level 3 Nail Technology & Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualifications
- Relevant salon/spa industry experience
- Assessor award (A1, CAVA, etc.) & previous assessing experience
- Strong organisational and IT skills
- A positive, supportive and motivational approach to teaching
