Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, effective, and high-quality clinical care in domiciliary settings
- Support individuals with complex conditions, including PEG feeding, tracheostomy care and ventilator support
- Assess, implement and review personalised care plans
- Provide clinical oversight, training and guidance to support staff
- Maintain compliance with CQC standards and internal policies
- Liaise with families, multidisciplinary teams and community healthcare professionals
- Contribute to service improvement and support business growth as the complex care provision scales
Requirements:
- Active NMC Registration (RGN / RNLD / RMN considered)
- Proven experience in complex care and clinical practice in the community or similar settings
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and standards
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
- Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills
