We’re looking for an energetic, certified Personal Trainer who is passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and reach their goals. In this role, you’ll work one‑on‑one and in small groups with members, delivering personalized training programs, expert coaching, and five‑star service every day. If you love connecting with people, coaching proper form, and creating results-driven programs—and you’re ready to grow your client base in a supportive, high‑energy environment—we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct fitness assessments and health appraisals to understand each client’s starting point and goals
- Design and deliver personalized training programs tailored to each member’s needs and abilities
- Provide one‑on‑one and small group training sessions that are safe, engaging, and results-focused
- Track client progress and adapt programs to ensure continued improvement
- Educate members on exercise technique, nutrition basics, and healthy lifestyle habits
- Motivate and support clients to stay consistent and reach their goals
- Demonstrate proper use of strength, cardio, and functional training equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized fitness floor and ensure equipment is ready for members
- Proactively build and grow your personal training client base
Requirements
- Current Personal Trainer Certification from a NOCA‑NCCA accredited organization (REQUIRED)
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field preferred
- Previous personal training or fitness coaching experience strongly preferred
- Passion for helping people improve their health and fitness
- Strong communication, coaching, and customer service skills
- Comfortable motivating clients and building lasting member relationships
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- You must be at least 18 years of age
Certification Requirement
To ensure the highest level of coaching and safety for our members, all Personal Trainers must maintain an active certification from a NOCA‑NCCA accredited organization (such as NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, etc.).
