What You’ll Be Doing:
- Clean and tidy all courts after a day of play
- Maintain and clean clay-removal devices used by members
- Blow off sidewalks and walkways around the facility
- Empty trash bins and remove debris
- Collect and sort used towels
- Wipe down and sanitize tables, chairs, and shared areas
- Re‑fill water and ice stations for the next day
- Vacuum and reset the indoor tennis center
- Greet any late‑night members or guests with a warm, professional attitude
When You'll Work:
- Evening and night shifts (exact hours may vary)
- Includes weekdays, weekends, and occasional holidays
- Opportunity for extra shifts as needed

Requirements What You Bring to the Court:
- A self‑starter mindset — you know how to get things done without much supervision
- Attention to detail and pride in keeping things spotless
- Friendly and dependable — even during the late shift
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various conditions
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move for the duration of your shift
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to pass CPR/AED training (we’ll provide it if needed)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and wear your uniform with pride
- Check email regularly and follow all acac team member policies
- Must notify supervisor in advance if a substitute is needed
Company expectations:
- Read, sign, and abide by the policies included in the Team Member Handbook
- Park in team member designated areas
- Club cleanliness is an all‑team responsibility; assist whenever necessary in any area of the club to keep club neat and clean
- Attend mandatory Personal Training meetings
- Assist with Service Days, as assigned by Supervisor
- Assist with club programs, special events, or activities, as assigned by Supervisor
- Promptly respond to work‑related correspondence
- Exhibit a positive attitude at all times
- Deliver outstanding service to members and guests, following acac’s Five*Star principles
