A Day in the Life at Hazel

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the success of our restaurant. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and motivating the F&B team during service, ensuring a smooth and efficient guest experience.
  • Supporting the management team in training, scheduling, and daily operations.
  • Being the first point of contact for any guest queries, feedback, or special requests.
  • Working service shifts, including breakfast and dinner, leading by example on the floor.
  • Ensuring the team consistently delivers warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service.
  • Overseeing restaurant setup, cleanliness, and close-down procedures.
