We are seeking an exceptional Wealth Administrator to support our Financial Planning team in delivering high quality, consistent client service, based at our head office in Blenheim House, Aberdeen.

In this full‑time hybrid role you will play a key part in our team, collaborating with colleagues to deliver and maintain a great client experience. The role is varied and fast‑paced, involving annual review scheduling, communicating with clients, processing instructions and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with our Financial Planners and Paraplanners to ensure clients receive timely, compliant, and high‑quality service.

The ideal candidate combines strong administrative skills with excellent organisational and time‑management abilities, and ideally has an understanding of financial planning processes and regulatory compliance. You will take ownership of your workload, build trusted relationships with colleagues and clients, and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment.
