We are seeking an exceptional Wealth Administrator to support our Financial Planning team in delivering our high quality, consistent client service, based at our head office in Blenheim House, Aberdeen. In this full-time, hybrid role, you will play a key part in our team, collaborating with our team to deliver and maintain a great client experience.

This is a varied role, in a fast-paced environment, managing everything from annual review scheduling, communicating with clients to processing instructions and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with our Financial Planners and Paraplanners to ensure our clients receive timely, compliant, and high-quality service.

The ideal candidate will combine strong administrative skills with excellent organisational and time management abilities, ideally with an understanding of financial planning processes and regulatory compliance. You will take ownership of your workload, build trusted relationships with colleagues and clients, and make positive contributions to a collaborative team environment.
