Air Con Services is an established air conditioning company with a strong focus on quality over quantity. An Air Conditioning Installation Engineer is required to join the team, primarily working on commercial and industrial air conditioning installations.

The role will involve:

  • Installing split, multi-split and VRV/VRF air conditioning systems
  • Installing, pressure testing and preparing pipework for commissioning
  • Installing containment, including tray, trunking, brackets and supports
  • Assisting with wiring and control connections where required
  • Commissioning systems and completing handover documentation
  • Maintaining clean, tidy and safe working environments
  • Liaising professionally with clients, site contacts and project managers
  • Maintaining van stock, tools and equipment in good working order
  • Ensuring all work complies with F-Gas regulations and Health & Safety standards

Required experience and qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in air conditioning installation
  • Valid F-Gas Category 1 certification
  • Competent in pipework installation, brazing and pressure testing
  • Ability to read drawings and installation schematics
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Right to work in the UK

Desirable:

  • Experience with manufacturers such as Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric and Fujitsu
  • IPAF and/or PASMA certification
  • City & Guilds Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Installing and Maintaining Refrigeration Systems, or equivalent
