Job Description
The opportunity
AC PRIVATE, a luxury concierge and high-end private services house, is accelerating its growth in England (London and major cities).
We are looking for a leadership profile, on a freelance basis, able to structure and drive our lifestyle & corporate presence among wealthy private clients (HNWI, UHNWI), family offices, private banks, business law firms, luxury hotel groups and executive committees.
This is not an execution role: you are the brand's ambassador in your territory, you open the market, you build the network and you own the client relationship end to end.
Your responsibilities
- Design and deploy the lifestyle & corporate development strategy in England (London and major cities).
- Identify, approach and convert demanding private clients as well as corporate accounts: headquarters, family offices, private banks, investment funds, law firms, hotel groups.
- Build a network of referrers and premium partners: 5-star hospitality, prestige real estate, business aviation, yachting, luxury houses, private clubs, wealth managers.
- Negotiate and close annual concierge agreements, executive and employee service programmes, and bespoke event services.
- Steer service quality: selection and coordination of local providers, standards control, client satisfaction follow-up.
- Represent AC PRIVATE at private events, professional fairs and business meetings across your territory.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and report growth opportunities to management.
Required profile
- Proven and verifiable experience (minimum 5 years) in business development, key account management, luxury hospitality, private concierge services, private banking, prestige real estate or services to high-net-worth individuals.
- An active, immediately actionable network in England (London and major cities) among affluent clients and corporate decision-makers.
- Fluent English (native level or equivalent) required; French is a valued asset.
- Excellent understanding of luxury culture, protocol and high-end hospitality codes.
- Full autonomy, results-driven mindset and the ability to work remotely with an international team.
- Absolute discretion and strict confidentiality (non-disclosure agreement signed at the start of the relationship).
- Relational elegance, service mindset and situational intelligence.
- Reliability, responsiveness and availability matching the expectations of an international clientele.
Mandatory
You must hold a self-employed / independent status (UK self-employed status or registered Limited company, French SIRET or equivalent structure) allowing you to invoice your services.
Conditions
Location: London and the whole of England — remote assignment with travel within the territory.
Schedule: flexible, according to your own organisation and market needs.
Compensation: to be defined according to profile and experience (invoiced), complemented by commission on business introduced and on the portfolio developed.
- Luxury concierge and private concierge services in London and across England.
- Services to family offices, hedge funds, law firms and international headquarters in the City and Mayfair.
- Lifestyle management for affluent residents, property owners and international clients.
- Prestige real estate, private education, events and the British cultural season.
- About AC Private
AC Private is a premium concierge service based in Strasbourg, serving Alsace, Vosges, and the French Riviera.
We provide personalized, high-end services for private clients, businesses, and Airbnb property owners.
