A&C North West Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our large manufacturing client based in Blackburn for the position of Machine Operator.

Requirements of a Machine Operator:

  • Working 3 x 12.5 hour days per week 6am - 6.30pm (Mon-Wed for 2 weeks then Wed-Fri for 2 weeks)
  • Using CNC machinery
  • Manufacture components for a wide variety of machines, lathes, milling machines, polishers, pressers, drilling machines and finishing machines
  • Working with the setters and inspectors to identify any quality issues
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
  • Familiar with Engineering drawings & measuring equipment
  • Manual handling knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
