AC Leigh is a well-established provider of security and access solutions, serving both commercial and domestic clients. We install and maintain a wide range of systems, including CCTV, access control, intruder and fire alarms, as well as automatic gates, doors, and barriers.
We\'re looking for a motivated Trainee Security Service Engineer to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who\'s hands-on, eager to learn, and looking for a long-term career in a growing industry.
Role Responsibilities
As a trainee engineer, you\'ll be trained and supported by experienced professionals to help you develop the skills needed to:
- Install, service, and maintain:
- Access control
- CCTV systems
- Automatic gates, doors, and barriers
- Assist in troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Work on a variety of commercial sites
- Read technical drawings and documentation
- Maintain health & safety and quality standards on-site
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements
Essential:
- Interest in technical, electrical, or mechanical systems
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic tool knowledge
- Full UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK
Desirable:
