Responsibilities:

  • Collate bespoke and detailed itineraries
  • Work with suppliers to check availability, book, and confirm all aspects of travel
  • Handle on the road issues while clients are travelling
  • Ensure all reservations are booked and added accurately
  • Use of TourPlan – operating system for all reservations
  • Out of hours emergency phone duty on rota basis

Skills & know how:

  • 2-3 years in a similar role
  • Familiar with UK/Ireland and France travel destinations
  • High levels of accuracy and organisational skills
  • Genuine love for teamwork and collaboration
  • Competent in IT tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and operating systems
