Responsibilities:
- Collate bespoke and detailed itineraries
- Work with suppliers to check availability, book, and confirm all aspects of travel
- Handling on the road issues while clients are travelling
- Ensure all reservations are booked and added accurately
- Use of TourPlan – operating system for all reservations
- Out of hours emergency phone duty on rota basis
Skills & know how:
- 2-3 years in similar role
- Familiar with UK/Ireland and France Travel destinations
- High levels of accuracy and organisational skills
- Genuine love for Teamwork and collaboration
- Competent in IT tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and operating systems
