Job Description
Our client is a growing Transfer Agency operation based in London and part of a global corporate services group. They have exciting opportunities for Transfer Agency specialists with a background in the funds industry.
Key responsibilities:
- Processing and/or reviewing investor transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions and transfers
- Maintaining accurate shareholder registers
- Take-on of new funds and changes to fund structures
- Ensuring that investor accounts are onboarded within AML, KYC & CDD procedures
- Drive process improvements and risk reduction initiatives
Successful candidates will have a strong Transfer Agency background gained within the investment funds sector. Knowledge of relevant industry regulations is essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. Strong MS Excel skills a necessity.
