Our client is a major corporate services group, with a growing Transfer Agency operation based in London. They have an opportunity for a senior Transfer Agency professional to join on a fixed term contract basis. With a proven operational and senior management background, you will be a senior leader in a client facing service delivery environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the operational Transfer Agency function at a strategic level
- Lead and support managers to achieve service delivery requirements
- Ensure strong governance of processes, acting as a senior escalation point
- Lead operational projects to improve workflow and enhance processes
- Act as a senior point of contact for clients, representing the business through the client onboarding process
