Together, we provide full-spectrum MEP services including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, network cabling, security systems, access control, and building automation. Key Responsibilities * Design and engineer HVAC and mechanical systems for design-build projects. * Create and review proposal and permit designs, energy modeling, specifications, and commissioning plans. * Conduct site visits and construction reviews to ensure design compliance. * Collaborate with project teams to resolve engineering challenges. * Ensure project outcomes meet customer expectations, budgets, and schedules. * Provide accurate time estimates for tasks and monitor progress toward project timelines. Knowledge and Skills * Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC and mechanical systems; plumbing experience a plus. * Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project). * Working knowledge of Bluebeam, energy modeling software (HAP, TRACE). * Experience designing systems such as air, hydronic, steam, refrigeration, and industrial ventilation. * Familiarity with various industry sectors: industrial, commercial, pharmaceutical, laboratory, life sciences, etc. * Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. * Ability to interact with all levels of project stakeholders and team members.
