Are you an experienced Project Manager who thrives in a fast-moving delivery environment? We are hiring on behalf of a well-established international technology business that is scaling its client delivery function across Europe. This is a remote-first role with optional access to beautifully designed office spaces in the UK or Spain.
We’re looking for a confident and structured Delivery Manager who can oversee complex digital delivery programmes, build effective cross-functional teams, and partner closely with clients throughout the entire delivery lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the full end-to-end delivery of multiple client engagements, ensuring smooth coordination between technical and commercial teams.
- Own delivery plans, scheduling, scope management, and risk mitigation strategies across projects.
- Track and forecast project budgets in real-time, using accurate billing and timesheet data to identify and act on revenue variances.
- Ensure team capacity is managed against scope, identifying resourcing needs and planning accordingly.
- Support pre-sales, bids and tender development, providing delivery insights and advising on implementation timelines when needed.
- Maintain robust client relationships with regular performance reviews and delivery reporting.
- Act as a culture champion: driving collaboration, coaching delivery teams, promoting feedback, and nurturing individual growth and performance development.
- Oversee the onboarding and integration of new team members into your delivery units.
- Experience in Delivery/Project management experience within software delivery or Cloud migration environments.
- Comfortable delivering projects in both agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Proficient budget forecasting, risk handling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven, with a passion for achieving measurable impact on client satisfaction.
