We are proud to partner with leading technology companies, including Microsoft, Databricks and Anthropic, giving our teams exposure to some of the latest technologies across Data, AI and Cloud. With an established presence in Hungary, we recently expanded into the UK and opened our London office, supporting enterprise clients with technology-driven transformation and data solutions.

We are currently looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join one of our large enterprise clients in London. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate with 1–2 years of experience in a client‑facing role, ideally gained through a graduate programme, consulting environment or a similar professional services role. We are looking for someone who is analytical, curious and confident working with clients, with an interest in business processes, technology and transformation. You don’t need to be highly technical; the ability to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements and solutions is what matters most.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work with clients to understand business challenges, requirements and ways of working
  • Map and analyse business processes, customer journeys and decision flows
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, re‑engineering and automation
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements and recommendations
  • Support client workshops and stakeholder meetings
  • Work with technical teams to understand how technology can improve business processes

What We’re Looking For:

  • A recent graduate with a strong academic background and a genuine interest in business and technology
  • 1–2 years of professional experience, ideally gained through a graduate programme at a leading professional services or consulting firm, or a similar corporate environment.
  • Previous experience working in a client‑facing environment, with confidence engaging with stakeholders at different levels
  • Experience gained alongside university through a student cooperative, internship, part‑time role or other professional activity is highly valued
  • Active involvement beyond your studies, through university projects, student organisations or extracurricular activities.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • A strong interest in business processes, technology and digital transformation
  • The ability to understand business requirements and translate them into clear, structured and practical solutions
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced consulting environment
