We are looking for an Engagement Manager to join our London office, with extensive experience in managing client relationships, particularly with enterprise clients. The ideal candidate has a strong background as a developer, consultant, architect, business analyst or delivery manager, combined with solid expertise in technical consulting. This role plays a key part in leading technical teams, ensuring high-quality delivery, and driving customer satisfaction. The Engagement Manager will act as a trusted advisor, overseeing solution delivery, architecture, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee technical teams, ensuring seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Own the end-to-end solution delivery for assigned account(s).
  • Serve as the single point of accountability for delivery matters, including escalations, upselling opportunities, and resource ramp-downs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with clients.
  • Manage multiple engagements simultaneously, addressing client issues and mitigating risks.
  • Act as a technical advisor, providing guidance and expertise to both clients and internal teams.
  • Support sales activities by contributing to bids, providing technical input, and helping to secure new opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in technical consulting or advisory roles.
  • Strong track record in client engagement and vendor management.
  • Previous background as a developer, consultant, architect, business analyst or delivery manager.
  • Familiarity with Azure services, Databricks and SQL.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and personalities.
