About Abuelita's Wellbeing: Abuelita's is a wellbeing studio based in East London. We combine clinical skill with deep care and social purpose with a strong focus on underserved communities— including refugee women and people navigating trauma, chronic illness, or burnout.

What difference will you make? You'll help people feel supported in body and mind, making life more manageable when systems fall short. We focus on supporting refugee women and vulnerable groups through free events, 1:1 care, and local partnerships, while also supporting private clients dealing with pain, fatigue, or burnout.

What are we looking for?

  • Creative, playful, and thoughtful volunteer with 3+ years' experience
  • Confident on Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Familiar with Canva or similar tools
  • Strong visual eye, clear and warm communication skills
  • Ability to translate wellbeing content into accessible language
  • Flexible 4–8 hrs/week remotely, open to feedback, collaborative
  • Aligned with our values of care, community, and accessibility

What will you be doing? We're looking for a creative, playful, and organised volunteer to join us as a Social Media & Content Creator. This is a part‐time, remote role with flexible hours and guidance from Simona, the founder of Abuelita's. You'll support our wellbeing services and community projects, including care for refugee women, by planning Instagram and LinkedIn content, creating posts and Reels, blog articles, etc. This role suits someone who loves storytelling and community work.
