We are seeking a multi-talented professional to blend business intelligence, data analysis, and visualisation with data engineering. You will create interactive dashboards, analyse complex healthcare datasets, and build scalable data models using Power BI, SQL, and modern data tooling — helping empower decision-making across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and interactive visualisations to support business decision-making.
- Design and implement data models that enable efficient reporting and analytics, ensuring high data quality and integrity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define metrics, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, operations, clinical) to align data solutions with business objectives and healthcare regulatory standards.
- Monitor data quality and governance to ensure compliance with healthcare data security and privacy requirements.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance data accessibility, performance, and reliability.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex queries and performance optimisation.
- Knowledge of Python for scripting and automation.
- Experience with Power BI, including dashboards, visualisations, data models, and transformations.
- Hands-on experience with data modelling and transforming large datasets into insights.
- Experience with data engineering: pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related tools.
- Familiarity with database design, administration, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with best practices for data visualisation and UX design.
- Background or experience in healthcare, clinical systems, or regulatory environments (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR).
- Comfortable working in an agile environment with changing priorities.
