ABTA is currently recruiting for a Part-time Partnership Administrator to join the Commercial department on a fixed-term contract.

Purpose of Role:

To provide a dedicated resource for partner and commercial administration.

Duties:

  • To manage incoming partner correspondence effectively within agreed timescales
  • To manage the ABTA Shop enquiries, ensuring budget lines are achieved
  • To manage new partner incorporation into the ABTA Partner Scheme
  • To ensure that all appropriate partner administration is completed within agreed timescales
  • To support the invoicing process and credit control with the finance department
  • To support the BDM for Events & Partnerships with new lead and sponsorship administration.
  • To support the Partnership Executive with updating Partner areas of the Member Zone.
  • To support the Partnership Executive and BDM with meeting preparation and follow-up notes recording.
  • To maintain a comprehensive understanding of the CRM system
  • To produce data and engagement reports for the commercial team
  • To undertake any other reasonable task that the Partnership Executive, Senior Commercial Marketing Executive and Commercial Director may request.

Location:We’re a hybrid-working organisation, so all colleagues are able to balance working in a collaborative environment from our open-plan office in the heart of London Bridge, along with time working from home.
