Responsibilities
- Verantwortung für den weiteren Ausbau unserer internationalen Markstellung im vereinigten Königreich in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Vertriebsleitung Export
- Professionelle Kundenbetreuung, insbesondere Generierung von Neugeschäften und Intensivierung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen und Partnerschaften im definierten Verantwortungsgebiet
- Strategischer und nachhaltiger Ausbau des Kundennetzwerks
- Umsatz- und Ergebnisverantwortung im genannten Gebiet
- Steuerung, Koordination und Überwachung sämtlicher Vertriebsaktivitäten im Verantwortungsbereich
- Erschließung weiterer internationaler Potentiale durch regelmäßige Besuche unserer Handelspartner
- Eigenverantwortliche Vorbereitung und Führung von Jahresgesprächen
- Direkte Berichterstattung an die Vertriebsleitung Export
- Regelmäßige Organisation und Durchführung von Schulungen (inhouse oder bei den Partnern vor Ort)
- Verantwortung des operativen Tagesgeschäfts
- Beobachtung und Auswertung der Markt- und Wettbewerbsentwicklung
Qualifications
- Positive und gewinnende Persönlichkeit mit kaufmännischer Ausbildung und technischem Grundverständnis
- Erfahrung im internationalen Vertrieb
- Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie Lösungsorientierung
- Verhandlungssicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
- Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft
- Fundiertes Wissen im Automotive Bereich inkl. Markkenntnisse
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie Überzeugungsstärke
