The Role
This is a hybrid role combining account-based marketing, outbound business development and growth marketing. You’ll be responsible for identifying high-value target accounts, creating campaigns that engage decision-makers and generating qualified opportunities for our leadership team. You’ll own the entire top-of-funnel process, from account selection and messaging through to campaign execution, reporting and opportunity handover.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute account-based marketing strategies targeting key sectors and organisations
- Build and manage target account lists using data and market insight
- Research decision-makers and identify buying triggers
- Create and manage multi-channel outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn, events and partnerships
- Write and refine campaign messaging, outreach sequences and supporting content
- Manage outbound and CRM platforms to ensure accurate reporting and pipeline visibility
- Coordinate webinars, events and thought leadership initiatives
- Track campaign performance and continuously optimise messaging, channels and targeting
- Qualify opportunities and coordinate discovery sessions with the leadership team
- Work closely with strategy, design and engineering teams to develop propositions and case studies
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in account-based marketing, growth marketing, business development or demand generation within a digital agency, consultancy or technology business
- Strong understanding of outbound prospecting and multi-channel campaigns
- Experience using CRM, sales engagement and prospecting tools
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to understand complex business challenges
- Highly organised and comfortable working independently
- A data-driven mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and pipeline impact
