Role Description The Freelance Facilitator is a contract role based on-site in London, Birmingham or Edinburgh delivering high-quality learning and development sessions for Financial Services clients. In this role, the facilitator leads interactive workshops and training programs across areas such as leadership, business growth, career management, and coaching skills. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing session materials, adapting content to participant needs, and creating an inclusive, engaging learning environment. The facilitator will manage group dynamics, encourage participation, capture feedback, and collaborate with ABSTRACT’s internal team to ensure consistent program delivery. Proven experience facilitating professional workshops, training sessions, or development programmes, in Financial Services, ideally within private banking or wealth management. Experience in leadership development, business growth, coaching, or career management, with the ability to translate concepts into practical tools for participants. Skilled in adapting materials and delivery styles to different audiences and levels of seniority, including virtual and in-person formats. Relevant training, coaching, L&D certifications, or qualifications are highly beneficial. Virtual interview and facilitation
