Shifts:Weekly rotation Monday to Friday: 06:0015:00 and 08:0017:00
Start Date:ASAP Interviews will be arranged shortly as we are looking to fill this role quickly
Pay:From £12.41 per hour

Were looking for an enthusiastic and organised Yard Administrator to join our clients team at a busy vehicle remarketing and refurbishment centre in Corby. The site handles a wide range of services including inspections, SMART repairs, wheel refurbishment, vehicle preparation for auction, logistics, fleet management, new vehicle services, and MOT testing.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a fast-paced, supportive environment where no two days are the same. In this role, you\'ll help ensure the smooth running of daily operations, supporting your division with key admin tasks and vehicle processing.

What You\'ll Be Doing:

  • Handling general office tasks including data entry, filing paperwork, uploading files to internal systems
  • Answering telephone and email enquiries professionally
  • Creating and maintaining records of incoming vehicles
  • Liaising with the site about any rejected vehicles
  • Managing customer returns and ensuring a quick turnaround
  • Assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed

What We\'re Looking For:

  • Previous administrative experience (essential)
  • A full UK driving licence (essential) -with no more than 6 points
  • Good computer skills, especially Excel (essential)
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Great attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy
  • Passion for the motor industry and pride in your work
