Warehouse Administrator Salary: £13.83 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30 Paid Hours: 8 hours per day We are looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join our team and support the smooth and efficient running of our warehouse operation. This is a fast-paced role where you will work closely with warehouse teams, customers, suppliers and transport providers, ensuring that administration, dispatch information and customer requirements are handled accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities * Complete day-to-day warehouse administration tasks. * Record and maintain accurate daily dispatch information. * Produce reports as required by the line manager. * Update customer systems and online portals. * Respond to customer emails and telephone enquiries professionally. * Provide accurate information regarding warehouse and dispatch activities. * Liaise with suppliers, parcel carriers and transport providers. * Process customer requirements in line with agreed procedures. * Follow customer complaints procedures where required. * Work closely with warehouse colleagues to ensure smooth operations. * Prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a busy warehouse environment. * Identify and escalate issues when necessary. * Support colleagues and other members of the team when required. * Maintain accurate records and ensure information is kept up to date. * Work in accordance with company procedures, customer requirements and KPIs. About You The ideal candidate will have: * Previous experience in warehouse administration or a similar role. * Good communication and customer service skills. * Excellent organisational and time-management skills. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Good IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams and Excel. * The ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * The ability to work effectively as part of a team. * A flexible and positive approach to changing priorities. * The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Good problem-solving skills and the ability to use initiative. * Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is desirable. * Previous stock control or stock management experience is advantageous.
