Abstract Recruitment is working on behalf of a leading automotive company to recruit a proactive and highly organised VAR (Vehicle At Risk) Coordinator to join their fast-paced CDR team in Corby.

Key Responsibilities:

Vehicle At Risk (VAR) Case Management

• Monitor and manage Open Box cases

• Liaise with third-party partners

• Follow up on G2Gs and aborted deliveries

• Coordinate actions with BCAL and the Logistics team

• Provide daily progress updates by:

  • Chasing workshops and partners for repair statuses

  • Maintaining accurate records (Evo, Zendesk, workshop spreadsheet)

  • Communicating updates to customers

• Attend daily VAR meetings, raising blockers or risks to delivery timelines

Warranty & Aftersales Coordination

• Manage warranty collections and returns

• Confirm fault reports and eligibility

• Schedule drivers and prepare job cards

• Inspect vehicles post-repair and coordinate returns

• Submit repair reports and keep internal systems updated

Customer Support & Delivery Line

• Handle inbound calls regarding deliveries and vehicle-related queries

• Support with repair order (RO) enquiries and vehicle transfers

• Maintain clear and professional communication with customers

What Were Looking For:

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

• Confident using Excel and internal systems

• Experience in customer service, logistics, or automotive operations is highly desirable

• Able to manage fast-moving tasks and work under pressure

Shift Pattern:
Staggered shifts:

• Early Shift: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM

• Late Shift: 9:30 AM 6:00 PM
