We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy and fast-paced logistics company based in IP14 5NA .

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with strong leadership skills who is passionate about driving performance, supporting a team, and ensuring warehouse operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and support the warehouse team during the afternoon shift.

Allocate daily workloads and ensure operational targets are achieved.

Oversee the accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders.

Maintain excellent health and safety standards across the warehouse.

Monitor productivity and warehouse KPIs.

Support stock control and investigate any discrepancies.

Train, coach, and develop warehouse operatives.

Work closely with the management team to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

Resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.

Complete shift reports and maintain accurate records.

What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader, or in a similar role.

Experience within a warehouse or logistics environment.

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Good IT skills and experience using warehouse management systems.

A proactive, reliable, and positive approach to work.
