Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead from the front and support operational delivery across our teams. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong management capability, technical knowledge, and the ability to drive performance while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Managerial experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, support, and manage teams of multi-skilled operatives
  • Oversee day-to-day operational delivery across responsive repairs and maintenance works
  • Quote works accurately and ensure projects are delivered on time and to standard
  • Monitor performance, productivity, and quality of work
  • Ensure compliance with service standards, policies, and procedures
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers and stakeholders
  • Support planning, scheduling, and resource allocation

Skills & Experience Required

  • Strong management and leadership experience within repairs, maintenance, or social housing
  • Technical knowledge across multi-trade disciplines
  • Experience working with social housing customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to oversee works from quotation through to completion
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Ability to motivate and support a high-performing team
