About the Role
Abstract Recruitment is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Site Recruitment Coordinator to join our team on-site at one of our prestigious clients in Wakefield. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about delivering excellent support to both colleagues and client management. The successful candidate must be flexible and willing to provide weekend cover as part of a rota.
- Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day recruitment and staffing operations on-site.
- Book colleagues onto shifts and manage workforce attendance.
- Carry out daily check-ins with colleagues to provide ongoing support.
- Prepare reports and update recruitment and attendance information as required.
- Support the planning and coordination of site events and colleague engagement activities.
- Work closely with internal recruitment teams and the client to ensure staffing requirements are met.
Previous experience in recruitment, on-site coordination, office administration, or a similar role is required. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word is essential. A proactive, flexible, and professional approach is necessary. Flexibility to work weekends on a rota basis to support the needs of the operation is expected.
