About the Role: We are currently recruiting a Multi-Skilled Forklift Driver for a long-term opportunity with a leading warehouse and manufacturing operation based in Milton Keynes (MK4 4AE). This is a physically demanding role combining forklift operation with general production duties. The successful candidate will be expected to operate Reach or Counterbalance trucks, as well as support daily warehouse and production tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Reach or Counterbalance FLTs safely and efficiently (valid RTITB or ITSSAR licence required)
- Support production operations, including sheet feeding machinery
- Participate in competency and safety training on Day 1
- Perform general warehouse duties in a fast-paced, physical environment
- Follow health and safety protocols at all times
- Maintain a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail
Candidate Requirements:
- Valid RTITB or ITSSAR Reach/Counterbalance licences
- Minimum 3-4 years experience driving both trucks
- Previous manufacturing or production experience
- Physically fit and able to manage manual tasks
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
- Strong attention to detail and high safety awareness
- Up-to-date CV showing at least 2 years of continuous work history
- References from previous employers
