Monday to FridayAbout the Role:You will play a key role in providing MHE (Material Handling Equipment) training all staff at our multi-user site in Stowmarket.You will be responsible for delivering MHE training, ensuring annual and 3-year refresher assessments are up to date, and supporting the development needs of the business.What Will You Be Doing?Deliver comprehensive training programs for various types of material handling equipment, including pallet trucks and counterbalance.Assess and evaluate trainees performance to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.Maintain accurate training records, MHE matrix, and certification documentation.Work closely with site management to plan and deliver development training.Assist with regular and statutory facility checks.Collaborate with the safety and planning teams to identify training needs and enhance overall warehouse safety.What Are We Looking For?Proven experience as an MHE Trainer or in a similar role within a logistics or warehouse environment.Certification as a forklift trainer or in other relevant MHE equipment.MEWP certificate and MHE Instructor license.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to develop engaging and effective training materials.Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills.Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety.Why Join Us?Competitive salary of £28,000 per yearMonday to FridayOpportunity to support staff development and improve safety standardsIf youre passionate about training, safety, and development in a fast-paced environment,
