Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:0017:30
Paid Hours: 8 hours per day
We are looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join our team and support the smooth and efficient running of our warehouse operation.
This is a fast-paced role where you will work closely with warehouse teams, customers, suppliers and transport providers, ensuring that administration, dispatch information and customer requirements are handled accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete day-to-day warehouse administration tasks.
- Record and maintain accurate daily dispatch information.
- Produce reports as required by the line manager.
- Update customer systems and online portals.
- Respond to customer emails and telephone enquiries professionally.
- Provide accurate information regarding warehouse and dispatch activities.
- Liaise with suppliers, parcel carriers and transport providers.
- Process customer requirements in line with agreed procedures.
- Follow customer complaints procedures where required.
- Work closely with warehouse colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
- Prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a busy warehouse environment.
- Identify and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support colleagues and other members of the team when required.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure information is kept up to date.
- Work in accordance with company procedures, customer requirements and KPIs.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in warehouse administration or a similar role.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams and Excel.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A flexible and positive approach to changing priorities.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to use initiative.
- Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is desirable. xiskglj
- Previous stock control or stock management experience is advantageous.
