Join Our Logistics Team! We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy and fast-paced logistics company based in IP14 5NA. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with strong leadership skills who is passionate about driving performance, supporting a team, and ensuring warehouse operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and support the warehouse team during the afternoon shift.
- Allocate daily workloads and ensure operational targets are achieved.
- Oversee the accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders.
- Maintain excellent health and safety standards across the warehouse.
- Monitor productivity and warehouse KPIs.
- Support stock control and investigate any discrepancies.
- Train, coach, and develop warehouse operatives.
- Work closely with the management team to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
- Resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.
- Complete shift reports and maintain accurate records.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader, or in a similar role.
- Experience within a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good IT skills and experience using warehouse management systems.
- A proactive, reliable, and positive approach to work.
