Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding promptly to urgent minor repair requests that affect operations and operating hand and power tools for various maintenance tasks.
Shift Pattern:
4-Days a Week (4 x 10h)
Sunday to Wednesday 06:00-16:00
Northampton, Grange Park.
General Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct Preventive Maintenance tasks as per schedule.
- Respond promptly to urgent minor repair requests that affect operations
- Operate hand and power tools for various maintenance tasks.
- Track supplies and notify supervisors when stock is low.
- Assist other maintenance staff and liaise with contractors to ensure timely project completion
- Follow health and safety regulations and report unsafe conditions.
- Prepare reports on maintenance activities and repairs. xiskglj
- Painting, decorating and basic handyman tasks (only during low work volumes)
- Yard hygiene (only during low work volumes)
- Need to have experience working as a Maintenance.
