Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead from the front and support operational delivery across our teams. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong management capability, technical knowledge, and the ability to drive performance while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Managerial experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, support, and manage teams of multi-skilled operatives
- Oversee day-to-day operational delivery across responsive repairs and maintenance works
- Quote works accurately and ensure projects are delivered on time and to standard
- Monitor performance, productivity, and quality of work
- Ensure compliance with service standards, policies, and procedures
- Act as a key point of contact for customers and stakeholders
- Support planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
Skills & Experience Required:
- Strong management and leadership experience within repairs, maintenance, or social housing
- Technical knowledge across multi-trade disciplines
- Experience working with social housing customers and stakeholders
- Ability to oversee works from quotation through to completion
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Ability to motivate and support a high-performing team
