We are recruiting experienced Warehouse Operatives to join a prestigious logistics company based in Kettering. No HLOP experience? No problem! If you have previous warehouse experience and are willing to be trained on a High Level Order Picker (HLOP), full training will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term, ongoing work within a clean, modern and well-organised warehouse, with competitive pay rates and opportunities to progress.
SHIFT PATTERNS & PAY
- Any 5 days out of 7 with the below standard rates:
- PM: 14:00 – 22:00
- Monday-Friday: £14.12 blended rate
- Saturday: £15.08 per hour
- Sunday: £18.30 per hour
- Overtime available
YOUR ROLE
You will be responsible for picking and packing orders accurately, stock replenishment, locating goods within the warehouse, completing associated paperwork and general warehouse/HLOP duties.

- Previous warehouse experience
- HLOP experience is an advantage, but full training can be provided
- Good spoken and written English
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Must live locally and have your own transport
