We are recruiting experienced Warehouse Operatives to join a prestigious logistics company based in Kettering. No HLOP experience? No problem! If you have previous warehouse experience and are willing to be trained on a High Level Order Picker (HLOP), full training will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term, ongoing work within a clean, modern and well-organised warehouse, with competitive pay rates and opportunities to progress.

SHIFT PATTERNS & PAY

  • Any 5 days out of 7 with the below standard rates:
  • PM: 14:00 – 22:00
  • Monday-Friday: £14.12 blended rate
  • Saturday: £15.08 per hour
  • Sunday: £18.30 per hour
  • Overtime available

YOUR ROLE

You will be responsible for picking and packing orders accurately, stock replenishment, locating goods within the warehouse, completing associated paperwork and general warehouse/HLOP duties.

  • Previous warehouse experience
  • HLOP experience is an advantage, but full training can be provided
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills
  • Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Must live locally and have your own transport
