Logic Contract Services are currently seeking a Facilities Administrator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis working Monday to Friday per week.
Do you have excellent planning and organisation skills and remain calm under pressure? Are you able to think on your feet and provide practical solutions? Do you have strong Microsoft Office skills, in particular Excel, and good experience of Word and Outlook?
This role reports to the Helpdesk Manager and is responsible for answering questions and queries, ensuring that clients/partners have access to a comprehensive and high-quality facilities service, which provides outstanding customer service to all stakeholders. The role will also cover general day-to-day admin for the business.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and monitoring emails, assigning tasks to appropriate members of the team, updating action trackers, status logs and ensuring response within agreed SLAs.
- General Administration for the whole business.
- Managing filing of documents.
- Raising purchase orders and administering the purchasing system.
- Logging and closing small works jobs.
- Scheduling Engineers Planners to be efficient for their workday.
- Liaising with clients, tenants, subcontractors and suppliers - Call Handling.
- Preparing meeting agendas and minutes. Follow-up on assigned action items.
- Performing all duties with the utmost discretion and attention to detail, while maintaining the appropriate degree of confidentiality at all times.
Preferred experience:
- A proven track record of working within a busy admin environment, preferably within facilities management.
- Good attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Experience providing a high level of professional administration support.
- Good IT skills.
- Able to work in a team and produce quality output under tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and oral communication skills.
