Join the Abstract Recruitment Team. Abstract Recruitment is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused On-Site Account Coordinator to support one of our key client accounts in Daventry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building strong relationships, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of a busy temporary workforce. You will be the face of Abstract Recruitment on-site, providing exceptional support to both our client and agency colleagues.
Please note: This role is based on the afternoon shift (1:00pm 10:00pm). To ensure you are fully equipped for the role, comprehensive training will be provided on the morning shift (6:00am 3:00pm) before you move to your afternoon shift from 1st September 2026.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the main point of contact for agency colleagues during the afternoon shift.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with the client and temporary workforce.
- Coordinate daily staffing requirements to meet the client's operational needs.
- Conduct inductions, Right to Work checks, and onboarding for new starters.
- Monitor attendance, timekeeping, absences, and performance.
- Process timesheets and assist with payroll queries.
- Carry out return-to-work meetings and support colleague welfare.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client procedures, and employment legislation.
- Maintain accurate records using recruitment and workforce management systems.
- Liaise closely with the client's management team to ensure staffing levels are maintained.
- Resolve operational issues efficiently and escalate where necessary.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to both the client and agency colleagues.
- Previous experience in recruitment, onsite account management, account coordination, administration, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively under pressure.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and recruitment or workforce management systems.
- A proactive, positive, and professional approach.
