An opportunity has arisen for a Logistics Administrator to join a logistics warehouse operation for one of our prestigious customers.

Rate: £25,000 to £29,000 (subject to experience)

Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-4.30pm

Contract: Temp to Perm

Location: Childerditch Industrial Park, CM13 3HD

Previous experience in administration and SAP warehouse management system, Excel, Word and Outlook is required. Particular experience with SAP WMS/IM systems would be highly desirable, although full training and mentorship will be provided.

Key Requirements:
  • Updating SAP accurately
  • Investigate and correct SAP issues as they arise
  • Keep both SAP Warehouse Management and Inventory Management aligned
  • Manage iDoc failures between SAP and warehouse systems
  • Manage, investigate and correct stock variations between SAP and warehouse systems
  • Managing the Service Level Agreement (SLA) for On Time In Full (OTIF) levels
  • Using Excel to maintain reporting requirements
  • Monitor SAP Sales and Distribution process transactions
  • Monitor the system for incorrectly input transactions
  • Carry out SAP Warehouse Management and Inventory Management Hot Pack Testing (system test) as required
  • Ensure high standard of safety and compliance with HSS Policies in all activities
  • General Administration duties including system file maintenance, physical filing, and label creation while maintaining high levels of housekeeping.
