Warehouse Administrator Salary: Β£13.83 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:0017:30 Paid Hours: 8 hours per day We are looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join our team and support the smooth and efficient running of our warehouse operation.

This is a fast-paced role where you will work closely with warehouse teams, customers, suppliers and transport providers , ensuring that administration, dispatch information and customer requirements are handled accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities Complete day-to-day warehouse administration tasks.
Record and maintain accurate daily dispatch information.
Produce reports as required by the line manager.
Update customer systems and online portals.
Respond to customer emails and telephone enquiries professionally.
Provide accurate information regarding warehouse and dispatch activities.
Liaise with suppliers, parcel carriers and transport providers.
Process customer requirements in line with agreed procedures.
Follow customer complaints procedures where required.
Work closely with warehouse colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
Prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a busy warehouse environment.
Identify and escalate issues when necessary.
Support colleagues and other members of the team when required.
Maintain accurate records and ensure information is kept up to date.
Work in accordance with company procedures, customer requirements and KPIs.
About You The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience in warehouse administration or a similar role.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams and Excel .
The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
A flexible and positive approach to changing priorities.
The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to use initiative.
Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is desirable. xiskglj
Previous stock control or stock management experience is advantageous.
